I used Total Books Bristol for advice about: Foreign Income, Double Taxation and Inheritance Tax. My advisor was a chap called Buhir who was very knowledgeable and prompt to return my call. Great advice regarding sole trading and registering as a limited company as a healthcare professional (locum pharmacist). They took their time and effort and time to take me through the ins and outs of the options available. As I am a layman when it comes to taxes and such, the way information was conveyed in an understandable manner was very much appreciated as there are many who are extremely knowledgeable in their field but have difficulty putting concepts into easy to understand terms.

Response from the owner:HI Sami The ares of Ir35 and employment status indicator. Looking at employed vs self employed vs limited status can be a minefield. Like I said my advice to go self employed in your case as a locum pharmacist seems best. Also please use the Hmrc Cest tool to help check your ltd company status. It's not easy nowadays with lots of competition, but if you keep applying to the right places with perseverance, you'll eventually get a role. Once you have your first position, it is a lot easier after that. There are starting accountancy positions in lots of companies. Finding the right job in accountancy can be difficult to start with, but hard work always pays pays off. Look for trainee certified accountant or accounts trainee or accounts assistant or even voulantry accoutant roles I will take the time to go through your C.V and reply accordingly.
